Nope. We offer flexible rental options — including half-day, full-day, and multi-day packages — without locking you into long-term contracts. We want your space to grow with you.

What’s included in the rental fee?

All essentials: a fully furnished treatment room, fast Wi-Fi, access to the kitchen and waiting area, utilities, after-hours access, optional admin support, and visibility on our practitioner directory.

Can I rent just one day a week?

Yes — subject to availability. Our part-time options are perfect for new practitioners or those with an existing client base nearby.

Is there parking or public transport nearby?

Yes. We’re located on Nicholson Street with tram stops close by, bike parking out front, and ample street parking in the surrounding streets.

Can I put up signage or be listed online?

Absolutely. Your name will appear on our reception signage, and we can list your profile on our website and socials to help clients find you.
